Trainings
I offer individually tailored training on sustainable public procurement for administrations and political decision makers which can immediately be put into practice.
They are dynamic and consist of a variety of methods. I actively encourage interaction and the exchange of ideas in all of my trainings. Depending on the content, the training can be one or more days, in-house or online. Using both my expertise and my sense of humor, I deliver courses that are valuable, insightful and also entertaining.

Dr. Singer has worked with the city of Munich as a facilitator and trainer in the area of sustainable public procurement for several years. In 2019, she developed and conducted a basic training course for city employees on this topic. Since 2020, she has been teaching the course, consisting of two half days, with clear and varied methods. Dr. Singer responds individually to the participants, supports them in the practical application of what they have learned and provides additional specialized knowledge.

Dr. Franziska Singer was of great service to the town of Peißenberg by tackling the issue of the economy for the common good in public procurement. She was approachable, competent and a strong facilitator. We were impressed by her professional expertise as well as her enthusiasm in her work on this joint project.
